These Billing Terms explain payment and billing for physical products purchased from the Ann's Beauty House online store.

1. Currency and Payment Methods

All online prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD). The payment methods currently accepted are displayed at checkout. We do not promise a payment method that is not shown there.

2. Billing Information

You must provide accurate name, email, billing address, shipping address, and payment information. Incorrect information may delay or prevent order processing.

3. Prices, Shipping, and Taxes

Product prices appear on product pages and remain visible through checkout. The shipping charge and applicable sales tax are calculated or displayed before you submit payment. The final order total is shown before purchase, and we do not add undisclosed mandatory service or handling charges.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed order total to your selected method. An order may be held or canceled if authorization fails, information cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected. We will not knowingly charge more than the confirmed total without your express approval.

5. Order Confirmation

After successful checkout, we send an order confirmation containing the order number, items, and billing summary. A shipping confirmation is sent when tracking becomes available. If you do not receive confirmation, check your spam folder and contact us.

6. Pricing Errors

If an obvious pricing or system error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfillment. You may approve the corrected price or cancel for a full refund of the affected amount.

7. Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Ann's Beauty House does not store full card numbers on its servers. Payment providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.

8. Promotions

Discount codes must be entered before checkout is submitted and are subject to any displayed eligibility, expiration, and usage terms. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be added to a completed order.

9. Refunds and Billing Questions

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method under our Returns & Refunds Policy. For a billing error, contact us promptly so we can investigate. This does not limit your rights with your bank or payment provider.
